House Rules
Thank you for choosing the Panorama House Bükkszék guesthouse. Please take into account that by sending the reservation, you acknowledge the rules of the house.
We are obliged to forward the personal data of our guests to the National Tourism Data Center by scanning their documents. Please provide your personal identification document upon arrival for scanning purposes. If the transfer of the document is refused, unfortunately, we must immediately cancel the reservation.
Check-in time on the day of arrival is possible after 3:00 PM. The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If occupancy allows, we are of course flexible regarding the times of arrival and departure. Arrangements in advance are definitely necessary!
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse! IQOS and electronic cigarettes are also not allowed indoors! Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the guesthouse. Visitors may only be received during the day with the permission of the accommodation provider. The guest is responsible for the behavior of their visitors – including any damage caused.
Children under 14 years old may only stay in the guesthouse with continuous supervision by a parent or another competent person entrusted with their care. The companions of the child are responsible for the child’s safety and for any damages caused by the child.
No pets are allowed in the guesthouse! – We also love animals, but our guesthouse’s area and features are not suitable to host pets.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise and disturb the rest of the local residents from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM at the accommodation.
The guesthouse operates a Wi-Fi system, which is free to use.
Guests will receive the Wi-Fi connection password upon checking into the guesthouse.
A fire extinguisher is located in the guesthouse. In case of fire, the guest is obliged to immediately alert the operator.
Fires may only be made in the designated fire pit, strictly adhering to fire safety rules.
We collect waste selectively in our guesthouse; we kindly ask our guests to observe the rules of selective waste collection, both in the house and in the outdoor bins.
Bringing food and drinks into the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited! The jacuzzi can be used at everyone’s own risk.
We kindly ask our guests to report any malfunction in the guesthouse to the owner.
We do not take responsibility for any material damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by improper use and must directly compensate for the damage.
The vehicles of the guests can park free of charge in the guesthouse’s uncovered and camera-monitored but unguarded parking lot.
Our services are available free of charge upon request: baby cot, baby bed linen, potty, high chair, baby bath, toilet seat reducer.
For longer stays, bed linen, towel exchange, and cleaning are provided weekly.
